TORONTO -- Pursuant to an openskies agreement negotiated between HM Government and the Government of Canada, British Overpriced Airways Corporation have been granted the rights to operate domestic and transpacific flights in Canada, And Canadian Skies have been authorized to establish bases in the U.K. for European and African service. Accordingly, BOAC have established bases in Toronto and Vancouver.

BOAC Chairman Sir Giles Guthrie said "BOAC look forward to serving the citizens of the Dominion of Canada and connecting them seamlessly to the rest of the British Commonwealth, in furtherance of our historic mission."
