City Based Demand Explained (a tutorial/guide)

I made the following guide based on some (circular) conversations on Discord.  It's based on my personal experiences and empirical observations, but I also had Sami review for accuracy so this information should be largely accurate as of June 2020.  Since this is a webpage and not a forum post, it is "dynamic" and can be updated at a later time as things change.  I also included Tungstennedge's tutorial at the end for which this guide is a good primer for understanding.  I've had a few players review, but if anything is unclear and needs to be updated for clarity or otherwise, please reply here.  Hopefully this helps a few players think outside the box and make cargo more competitive (and soon, passengers)
