Cargo Conversion?

Hi,

I'm new to the game and wondered if someone can help. Ive leased a 737-400 from UM and wanted to convert it to a Freighter. When I click on the aircraft now that its been delivered, I can't see where you are able to do it?

Clicking on the 737-400F it says the project launched from 2002 and can only be done from conversions!

So I'm confused and hoping someone in the know can shed some light for me!

Like the manual states you can only convert aircraft you own ... Which makes sense, since the guys at Hertz would not probably like if you return your leased SUV as a Pickup
