Expenses--Aircraft Leases and "Lease Fees"

I am trying to figure out what the difference is between aircraft leases and aircraft lease fees that show up under your income.  I am charged my lease rents monthly but every few months a big whopping number show up further down the page as "aircraft lease fees". 

Can you take a moment to explain?

Lease fees are what you pay to cancel a lease. Also when you order brand new leased planes, you pay a fee of one month's lease. They aren't a regular operating expense, which is why it gets its own line under 'other'.
