Scheduling Page Clicks

The current behavior for the Registration Number and the Routes on the scheduling page is hovering opens the tooltip.  I've been having all sorts of issue with this as the tooltip opens dynamically (a Sunday route on right side of the page opens left, etc). and when you have aircraft at the bottom of the page it bounces the page, making it impossible to click edit/remove/etc.

The feature request is when you click a registration number, instead of going straight to the aircraft page, open the current tooltip in a modal (keep the tooltip, but add the modal on top).  The same thing for routes (which currently does nothing)--open the tooltip in a modal when you click (keep hover behavior).

The jumpy scheduling screen and mind boggling way as to where, what size, how big pop-ups open are all part of Chrome browser and Chromium "engine".

IE and Edge browser users were spared all of this until now.  But now the "New Edge" that was released is based on Chromium, so it acquired all of the bad features of Chrome...
