[ok] 321 LR/XLR Modern Times
« on: January 20, 2020, 11:32:45 AM »
They seems to be missing. The LR specifically was launched January 13th 2015 so should have been available no later than July 13th 2016, and the XLR was launched June 2019 so we are nearing the end of its launch window.

Good notice. They were supposed to be added but can't see them there. Will be available soon.

Thank you! The range of these two aircraft is still low compared to manufactures numbers. Per the Airbus website (https://www.airbus.com/aircraft/passenger-aircraft/a320-family/a321neo.html) the LR is 4,000nm with 206 passengers, and the XLR is 4700 with "a comfortable 2 class configuration." The Airbus brochure lists "Typical 2 class seating" as 180-220, and still air range at max passengers (244) is listed as 4,000nm. A little assuming has to take place here until real world numbers are available, but using available info, range is 4,000 at 244 pax + bags and I think it is fair to assume that range is 4700 at 180 pax + bags per Airbus's own sales brochure (and makes sense as available payload at max fuel is listed as 18t, so assume 100kg per pax+ baggage gives you 180 pax), so in both cases the range with the AWS default 201 passengers should be shifted up about 300 miles (4000 for LR, 4500 for XLR.)
