[ok] Non-LCY approved airplanes can operate there anyways
« on: January 15, 2020, 03:03:14 PM »
There appears to be a bug (at least in HaF) that allows all planes, even the one's not "allowed" into LCY to fly there.
Some examples include:

CRJ1  from MAD
A320 from ORY
B734 from MAN
A320 and DC92 from CPH
E120 from BHX
F100 from MXP
ATP from GLA
ATP from EDI
ATP from BRS
F100 from BGY
ATP from NCL
SW3 from SXF
CRJ2 from CMN
ATP from BFS
SW3 from HHN
CRJ2 from RAK
JS41 from NTE
SW3 from LEJ
E120 from BLL
JS31 from SOU
E120 from JER
BE99 from LJU

There are probably more that I didn't see, but I these help you pin down where the loop-hole lies.

Cheers,
Cedric

The E120, SW3/4, JS41, BE99 are all small-class airplanes, and all small airplanes are allowed.

The rest, though...

At least in my test game I cannot open a route from HEL to LCY with A320. It's not even listed in the route editor.

Hmm, but in History & Future I see the whole list of planes in route editor being available. So some setting missing or gone wrong in that particular game.

alright, now I can't open new routes with the A320 and the like anymore, but the existing routes are still there

I presume Sami has put up some kind of non-retroactive enforcement, just like for airport changes (when you have a plane arriving within a curfew): they have their routes, but the second they edit it, they will be blocked.

Sometimes the Algerian rebels show up....
