France / Algeria is an exception in that regard. But demand from CDG to each and every sub-saharian country is lame as hell.

I know we're not talking about the same level of development for South Africa or Indonesia, but check AMS-JNB or AMS-CGK.
Though AMS got the same problem with Paramaribo, in Suriname.

Indeed, these relationships probably need to be adjusted manually. Even after CBD for pax kicks in, due to the low development index.

Edit: just for a reference, Cayenne airport handled 457k pax in 2000, irl. Current service in game in HaF (1995) is 100k / year, and none of the "real" routes is flown. And this despite the boost in demand in AWS compared to RL.

This seems like a worthwhile SAMI lobbying effort. It would be fun to try to replicate an Air Afrique with an efficient business plan 😉

For a reference, I just checked some flights irl (all direct) either from CDG or ORY:
CAY: 2 flights (1 AF 777 daily, 1 TX A350 every other day)
ANT: 1 flight (AF 777, every other day)
ABJ: 3 flights (AF 777 & SS A330)
BKO: 1 flight (AF 777, every other day)
DLA: 1 flight (AF 777, 6 days)

Etc.

The best ratio in the game is BKO, at 110 pax in HaF. But only because BKO is still within the 2400 intl range.
The worst is ABJ, at 34 pax.
