Has there been any change recently in calculation of these route marketing costs? They seem even more excessive than in the past.
They always grew with the size of the company, but I just tried to add a route campaign to a fairly new, small airline, with only 61 cities served. The cost of the campaign is 1.5m per week. Which is about 1/2 of the cost of General Marketing campaign for the entire company good for approx. CI=80.
