Review the presentation of "World news" on the dashboard

Currently, if you don't log on at least 2 or 3 times a day, when you come back, your "World news -> Airport and country news" feed is completely unreadable.

Since the introduction of infra expansion, we got each week 5-10 news, which then drowns the much more important intel about new opening airports or such, and we cannot make any distinction, or we even risk pretty fast to lose the info due to only 25 news being displayed at once.

In such conditions, it could be useful to separate the most important intel (airports opening and closing) from the still-useful-but-secondary-nonetheless info about airports expansions.

A solution could be either to add another column (but this might be a bit tight), or another box below dedicated to infra upgrades, or any other mean.

Another possible location would be to put any active news on a country page. A long as it is active it should be there. So for the day or two of weather, it's visible on the country page. Opening airports, from the announcement to 12-24 hours after opening (and 12 hours might well be overkill), or whatever.

No matter how it's actually implemented, there needs to be some way to see active news that has been pushed off the dashboard.
