[-] Route Pax Demand Calculation Issue GW2
« on: May 20, 2019, 04:37:42 AM »
Hi Sami,

Can you please check the demand calculation on the SIN-CEB route in GW2 . On the outbound flight for me from Singapore, it shows 90 demand and on the way back it drops down to ~30 which triggers the over supply warning for me on my 727. I've never seen such a discrepancy in passenger demand.

It's the same in GW#4, 260 vs 80.

SIN-SFO is also asymmetric, but to a lesser extent.

Also Taipei - Anchorage in GW #4. 250 one way and 90 the other way. This seems to be an issue on certain routes only. I have also had the same problem with several routes to/from Macau some time ago.

The differences of such are still within the normal range, and can occur at some routes (= don't expect to be the same back and forth always). If the difference is severely big, such as 10 vs 500, then it warrants a closer look.
