[ok] Gwangju airport remains open

In the game, Gwangju closes in october 2007, while it is still open irl: https://www.airport.co.kr/gwangjueng/main.do

From what Albert told me, it was planned to close when Muan was planned, but eventually stayed open, though only for domestic traffic.

Airport database has been updated, but this could possibly be a case to be fixed now and not in airport v2.0.

Edit: the airport is still said to be closed in the future, but no date has been set as of today.
