Looks like a combination of Jets vs. Props and different models requiring different turnaround times at the tech stop.

I'm talking about S6447 and S6463. Both are 720Bs.

Yup, strange. Same on return leg.
S6447/S6448 is slower than the other B720B flights with same tech-stop...sneaky, arriving after the 6:00am curfew at EGLL !!
(Route is SBSP-EGLL-SBSP / GW2)

Yep - when I edit that route it correctly says 5:50am which is indeed before the curfew.

If it matters I converted this from a DC-6 route (85 min turnaround) with the "Use Default Turnaround" (90 minutes) option.

winds aloft is supposed to be different at different times of day, just like in real life, but I didn't think the database was this subtle yet..

And I thought the old conversion trick to escape curfew had been coded out a few months ago... shame really ;-)

What was the originating situation here? = How did the routes end up in this state? by conversion/creation/edit, etc. and do you happen to have any info on their previous times and planes.

Did any of the airports receive an infrastructure upgrade that could impact taxi time?

That's something that bothers me a lot : do we need to schedule while planning for airport expansion?
