Basically, from an efficiency point of view, you want to fly the shortest possible route, so Dublin would be ideal. However you'll likely have more demand towards CDG which is just a few miles further away, thus you'll be able to put more flights and save on expansions costs (only one marketing campaign and so on).
On the opposite, Bangkok would be quite expensive in a regular GW, and you'd need to be well established to fly there (even more as not all LH planes are able to fly that long).
