[-] management wages are weird

the wages for middle and high level management are weird:

1) have the wages put into "automatic"
2) i check the personell, and the high level management earns 9700
3) the suggested wage though is only 6940

is this a bug? or why does the automatic mode increase the wage by so much above the real wage? doesnt happen with the other personell group.

it's very common with high management, somewhat common with middle management and large pilots. It explains why some players do micromanage wages (and if they disconnect for one week, are in deep trouble, or even on strike)

I make point to micromanage wages to not have runaway wages. Being based in USA commonly waged already sky high.

Automatic is not the same as suggested.

Wage automation gives the staff yearly raises based on inflation but also based on minimum yearly raise percentage regardless of economy (since unions are greedy :P). Over time a difference between those two can then grow. But also depends if you have manually raised their salaries before..

Anyway, not a bug.
