I'm operating 8 A319 aircraft in BW2 from Frankfurt (EDDF) and I haven't ever made a profit (LF: 60%). When will be my airline profitable?

Are your aircraft leased? If yes, are your leasing costs so high? Is your pricing way below standard? Does the aircraft need so much crew? Is your current fleet earnings not enough to cover all the airline's costs?

There are so many questions to be asked that it's impossible to give you an answer to this, and you need to learn to analyze your company in more detail.

One more question: Are you flying High Density seating?

In my personal opinion, if you are leasing, 8 aircraft is borderline for profitability, maybe you could balance out if the routes are uncontested.
13-14 aircraft onwards, some cash starts trickling in.

At this point, you have to expand with the rest of your cash and maybe target some smaller airports where slots won't eat up so much of the cash in hand.

Check your Route Image.  When it goes higher, to 100, your LFs will improve.

As far as HD, I would not convert any aircraft in early stages of the game.  It is cash (and downtime) you just can't afford early on. (BW2)
