Strange behavior of cargo capacity with un// runway, range restriction and s/o

Flight: IL96T, SFO-OGG-LGA-OGG-LGA.
- It is said that the flight capacity would be limited to ~47 tons due to runway.and capacity limits however the displayed cargo capacity still sum up to be 92tons the max payload.
- I have configured the CL:CS:CH ratio to be 35:35:30 But the cargo capacity is stated as 32200 CL: 59800 CS without any CH.
- The aforementioned 47 tons payload limits seems to be same as direct non-stop flight between SFO and LGA. The longer range of the flight to OGG should further penalize the payload capability of the flight by necessitating more fuel onboard.
