[Cargo] Metrics displayed in "Manage Route" screen

These default metrics, including the passenger loading factor break down, ASK, as well as RPK, would not make sense for cargo only operator. There should be a way for user to choose to see the freight version metrics for these in the "Manage Route" screen, instead of those default passenger metrics.
