Is my understanding correct that you need to limit seat capacity to double the daily demand. If you have two flights a day to a destination, must each flight have half the daily demand so the total seats is equal to the daily demand. gibbo

If the demand is 200 pax per day, each airline can supply just under 400 seats per day (regardless of how you supply the 400 seats e.g. 1, 2 or 3 planes, etc) without getting the oversupply warning.
BUT check pax demand in both directions, and keep in mind that the demand is not 100% accurate.
