Company image stucked at 90

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with my company image, already for 3 years and no matter whatever i do, my company image stays at 90 points, i can spend millions of dollars in Advertising, my Punctuality rate is above 90% and my cancelation rate under 1.5%...

My fleet age is around 7 years... and always i have more personel than requested...

Any advice ?

More advertising. You say you spend millions, what kind of advertising campaigns are you exactly running? Fleet could also be younger, but I don't know if 7 years is too old to keep your image from going above 90.

I constantly run permanent general campaigns (5, and many of them worldwide, even with world TV campaigns), and also run always around 30 route specific campaigns constantly...

imho there's no need in trying to push it to 100.. Just so expensive.

Well its just that i would like to push it over this 90%, because i'm tired of seeing always this 90% barrier...

mines stuck at 50 but thats because i fly an aging fleet and dont really pile much money into keeping it. as long as it doesnt drop below zero i dont mind one bit
