Low Company Image and High Load Factor?

My airline is based at London Gatwick Airport, and I have noticed that a certain airline, also based there too, has a high airline market share at the airport - around 25% at the time of writing. I wanted to know more about the statistics of this airline so that I could compete with them. One thing that really confuses me is that they have a company image of -76 but have a load factor of 96.5% at the time of writing. This sounds all right with really small aircraft that can carry maybe 10-20 pax, but what confuses me even more is that they have three A330-200s, which by default carry 258 pax. They also have three A319-100s which carry 132 pax and four Fokker 50 Mk 100s which carry 58 pax. How do they have such high load factor yet so low company image? Is it a glitch? A cheat?

Most of the routes he operates are way underserved, so there is no or very little competition. (or on routes with competition a drastically reduced ticket price)
