Schedule with multiple flights a day to same destinations drives me crazy

Dear All,
I would like to share my frustration! :-)
It is not a problem to reschedule all flight from time to time when pax demand grow and you need to move routes to bigger planes.
But, when it comes to move those routes where you have multiple flights a day things goes crazy!
Sometimes I would prefer to flight with a 340 even with a route of 400NM with 600 pax request than plans multiple flight, because when it happen you need to move the schedule it takes hours...
