On routes where C/F demand is low/non-existent, will it be possible to encourage demand by pricing C at say 10-15% more than Y.

Would be cool if you couls sell C/F seats to Y passengers on lines without C/F demand. So that this Glasgow-Aberdeen would be full, even if there are a lot on C/F on the plane because of the Glasgow-Boston flight...

You can boost the C/F class demand with low prices, but if the demand for C/F is 0 (=zero) then it does not work .. currently.

So to answer the original question, no (or not worth it most likely). But in larger routes it would work.
