not even single seat of business class is being sold in singapore - hong kong route and vice versa... demand is also good but still there is not a single seat sold!!!!... what can be reason for that?? i even lowered down my prices

1. Does the route actually have any demand for C class?
If no demand fro C or F class at all on the route then you can't create it

2. What is your CI?
Very low CI would see very limited demand in C class.......however I doubt this is your issue as it is more likely that the issue is as per Point 1

there is huge demand for c class and my c.i is around 62 .... what can be the reason?
