I'm new at this game in the Beginner's World.  I've bankrupted once and restarted.  Now I'm in the whole $3 mil plus.  I start out with 3 to 5 planes with routes to various different locations.  What am I doing wrong?  Any advice for a newbie?  I'm thinking of starting over AGAIN.  What's the best way to get out of the whole?

- Your cash is already -3mil so better restart.

- Your F class load factor is very low. Usually F class is found mostly on longhaulers, and I believe you intended to create C (business) class instead ...

- Your current company image is -12 which is very bad. You have NO marketing campaigns!

- Your main problem: too many different aircraft types. You must use the ONE same a/c type (same fleet group) until you have at least 4-6 planes, and after that it's still recommended to stick to the same fleet. (it will need quite a houdini to turn the ship since it's hard to reverse bad aircraft selections)

Read the chapter #4 of beginner guide carefully: https://www.airwaysim.com/game/Manual/General/Startup4/

There is a mechanism to request an in-game mentor who can view and assist your airline directly:

Hope this helps with your next start up airline!

Thanks for your help.  I will apply what you've given me and hope to learn from my mistakes.
