Route Planning for new airline!

Hi, I'm based in Torino Caselle, and I have to find routes for two B737-400. I'm not finding any place where the demand is at least 150 each day in all the europe!! Can somebody help me? thx

What I do in that in that situation is I set up the route and where you set the prices etc there's a little box on the right side about a quarter of the way down from the top where you can block seats, just block some seats until your load factors increase then you can unblock some, don't forget the marketing as well
Someone else might have a better idea but I have this works for me

My idea would be to do some homework and check demand before ordering aircraft. Make sure you have the demand for that size of a/c.
