Thanks for your input Mahon.... But with profits of...... Wait for it...... Drum roll..... -850% LOL LOL LOL

Don't look at the profit figures the game gives you. My pre-tax profit shows currently -185.3% but I think I am doing pretty well. I am growing somewhat and replacing older planes with brand new ones at the same time. To see if you are making money, look at your cash balance. Is it growing from day to day, or week to week? That's what counts. In the beginning the game is slow, you are not making a lot of money with just one plane. Give it some time before starting again, you are never going to start a succesful airline in this game if you are so impatient.

When you play the 1960s/1970s scenario you probably will bankrupt once you start  ;D

GEEZE!!! This world recession is not good for business  ???

Haha!!

Dude I have -16 million in the bank, you have to be patient... when you lease new planes the next week it will show -% but wait a bit and it will show +

AM and A6 are both even slower than this so you would be bored to death be4 you ever turn a profit ...

Try buying only the same kind of planes, take young planes, dont lease them longer than theyr 8th birthday ... and take credits, invest but not into marketing yet ... only a little like 40k per week is enought for marketing in the beginning ... invest into planes of the same type, Avro RJ-100 with a 120 ppl seating are very good but if u use the standard 100 ppl its better for the route image so u dont have to use marketing on them then, its realy a thing of patience till people find your routes!
