Possible mentor for game world 4

I am new to all of this, and have had to restart twice and well I don't understand what I am doing wrong.   I have to BAC-111-300's and two on order (delivery in two weeks game time).   I've raised and lowered ticket prices, and just not sure what I am doing wrong.   Any pointers?
