INCOME TAX AND TRAINING

As there is no manual whatsover it would be nice to know about Training (huge drain) and Income Tax are working. I made less last month (March) and yet this month I got hit with 500K in taxes!!!

Training is just unreal. Other than me I must have the smartest crews out there. You would think ther ewould be a level they reach and then stop draining your cash.

Some sort of manual would be super!

there's crew training in fleet commonality so i'm guessing that play a part too, i only operate one type of aircraft and my training is low.
