[-] DC-9 performance
« on: February 20, 2014, 09:07:28 PM »
the data and charts you can find on those pages show, that the DC-9 has a bether performance for example you can see that a DC-9-51 can easily fly for more than 1300nm with 135 pax... that's much more than the 990nm for 120 pax in the game... due to the huge amount of options available it's difficult to model it, that's sure, but the overall performance and range was much bether (and not just +2%, but in the range of +50% or even more)

The data for dc-9 is taken from that actual document.

= what are the actual errors?  (if any)

The dc-9-50 model in AWS is the basic with the 14tn fuel tank, and the payload vs. range graph is identical in AWS vs. that Boeing's doc. Ferry range of about 1300-1350nm.

So not a bug. If there's some variants (like fuel tanks ..) missing, pls post a feature rq topic and will check it later (at this time no time for it).

No, it's the 13925 liters line that cuts it

ok, then... I will add a feature request... in this case you have only modeled the variant with the smallest MTOW

Honestly I like how there's still more aircraft that could be added. I disliked the DC-9 until now because of the small range but maybe this will change - of course based on data - in the future. I'm curious!
