[-] Fuel contract fees

In the contract page, it is said that fuel contract fee is applied monthly, while in balance sheet we can see that similar amount is charged in the income statement per week. It is not exactly the same amount as in fuel contract, but very close.

For example, in my case, Test 5

Base       Fuel contract fee      Income statement Week 11 / 2014
AMS        9 825 200 USD         -9 969 136 USD
BCN     I don't have contract      -531 915 USD
FRA         1 841 000 USD         -1 956 817 USD
MAD           488 000 USD           -292 554 USD
Total                                  -12 750 422 USD

I know, that it is relativelly easy to correct it simply by changing the describing text, but you know, it would not be fair againt the people who are already having fuel contract, since with current system calculations, there is no point in fuel contract, and to terminate it, you have to pay money, sometimes substantial.

All expenses are calculated weekly or daily, and if there's a monthly fee the daily deduction for it is simply "monthly sum / days in month".

The hedge fees are under this also.
