Available Assets for Loan Report - Should Remain Even if Bank Cannot Lend

For planning purposes it is necessary to know how many aircraft remain available for lending at some future point. 

Because the threshold for ability to borrow changes even by day of the week, the report gets hidden as the link is replaced in the same box that then reports that the bank cannot lend.

I suggest that link should stay, or be available outside the box.  If they cannot be borrowed against at that time, probably need to also remove the check boxes beside each aircraft.
