Is it possible to change my HQ to a base?!

No.HQ is fix.You have to BK and start new.

It's possible to change HQ, but for a short time after founding airline only. The process cost 2 weeks and quite a sum of money if I'm not mistaken, so it's best to BK and restart elsewhere
