...there would be some challenge at the end of JA like there should be. Much like the second half of MT7, the "challenging" years of JA7 are a major dud thanks to fuel prices that are not 50% of what they should be. Fuel prices for 1980 should AVERAGE $223.40 for the year and at their peak at least touch $300.

Each game is different and can differ from reality, sure it can be almost too easy at times when it is lower than reality but it can be higher than reality at times as well presenting a challenge. I prefer a game that doesn't follow history exactly simply because it can keep the game unpredictable. If the game followed historic prices then hedging would have no risk to it whereas if prices fluctuate and differ from historic values then hedging can be a challenge.
