Staffing Levels

How accurate is the staffing levels in relation to the real world. I have 110 aircraft with a staff of over 11400. I have 350 advertising staff and 530 accountants???

I don't know. But your company is located in Italy. If you take a look at Alitalia figures (main italian airline company), they have 117 aircrafts (147 according to their Website) and 14.000 staffs. So for the overall number it seems to match quite closely. Don't know for the details per department.

Sounds about right for AWS : 100 staff actually do something, then 400 'support' the 100 actually doing something: which needs another 100 to manage the 400 supporting the ones doing something : which needs another 200 to support the 100 managing the 400 supporting the 100 doing something : oh...and HR, cos of all these employees needing recruiting, training and such : which then needs more advertising and finance workers to support that, and there you go : 500 bean counters and 300 leaflet distributors : who now need support! And so on ad infinitum... until BK do they terminate....
