[-] Perform A Check & B Check on expired A/C
« on: September 04, 2012, 12:05:06 AM »
If a B check is also an A check why must both be performed when they're both expired?

When I schedule the A/B checks it prompts me (with both boxes being checked) to do both.   This doesn't make sense.

Could also be a Feature request to change this.

It works if you do it manually, but I agree that the A box should not be auto-checked when the B box has already been auto-checked.

It's also annoying when moving a schedule from one plane to another, to trigger the auto B check because the warning says that the B check "is expired or expiring soon" when in fact the B check is not expiring soon and is instead 1-2 weeks away, and would be properly done automatically just by transferring the route over and letting a normal B check come as scheduled.

B includes A anyway, so you are not doing both there.

So if you wish to make the B check it's enough to check that box. But if the checks are expired both of them are auto-checked anyway.
