[-] Aircraft: Increased MTOW for A330
« on: July 09, 2012, 06:14:02 PM »
Airbus announced new increased MTOWs for the A330 (all variants)

http://www.airbus.com/newsevents/news-events-single/detail/airbus-offers-longer-range-a330-with-increased-payload/

Also, since the AWS A333 has a MTOW of 217t I think some in between variants are missing...

Greetings,

NC

the 332/333's need a bit of updating, and the new variants just announced help the line even more. This should give the 332 a near 7500nm range, correct?

Edit: 7050nm range, not 7500nm.

I think more importantly the A333 gets more useful

The thing is that there should be a proper launch for new engine/MTOW options along the game as I believe sami was thinking of doing at some point.
It's nonsense to start flying a 240T A333 in 1995.

For engines yes, it's modelled but no data, but not for weights

No data avlb in airbus' docs on this, so cannot add it.  (..and those frenchies have also removed the payload and OEW data from the documents .. making them very useless for me!)

230t variant added to -300 model however.
