Do techstop times matter?

I understand that it's not good to schedule flights departing or arriving between 2330 and 0500. But what about techstops? If you have a route with a techstop, does it matter what the local time is during the techstop?

Timing of the tech stop doesn't matter as long as the airport you're tech stopping at is open.
