Initial discussion economy- subjects has begun in other topic... https://www.airwaysim.com/forum/index.php/topic,38303.0.html
In this topic I publish my proposals of the partial reformation economic base of the crews.
First remember.
In real Airlines flt. hours month/plane for similar type (Boeing 737, A-319/320) – is about 340-360 hours month/plane. But in AWS simulator  many players reach optimum result  – 450-460 h. (about 15 flt. hours day/plane).
For calculation possible to use this indicator.
Second.
1 crew member can't  flying more than 80 hours per month. (restriction - medical /sanitary requirement)
Third.
Reserve crews members – is about 5-10% (for replacement other crew during leave annual, illnesses, in cases aircraft rotation failure ect.).
Standart rule: minimum crews for 1 a/c = 6   (without reserve).
On the screens below I show the detailed calculation a salary of crews for correct detected the direct/indirect cost/expenses.

P.S.
Also we spoke in others topics about unnatural conditions for Airline, when Airline to dismiss pilots if the quantity of flights has decreased. This is the extreme case. In world practice there is "Vet Laesing" (ACMI) - Airlines leases a/c with crews very often. I think that ACMI need to develop for AWS.
