I'll have to disagree with a few of your points -
747s - In an MT scenario, the 741/2/3s should just be sent away to be replaced by anything other than more 747s. Once a fuel spike shows up, its game over for anyone flying a significant number of ANY type of 747 unless the fleet is fully owned.
As now he is operating with 744, with 350USD fuel price, 747-400 is still alright to operate, and I consider it as appropriate replacement since he needs not adding another fleet group. (But of course a plan to replace all 747-400 is needed)
I have operated 747-400 in SIN in MT5 last time, without heavy competition I can still make nice profit out of the 744s.
