A390-100 "Whale Shark". With Emirates call for a 2000 seat aircraft, Airbus responded with this aircraft. Basically merging an A300-600ST with an A380 body. Thus, the "Whale Shark" was born...

actualy no joke but it has been considered in the 90's
here's a screenshot from the an225 doc "Discovery Superstructures Antonov 225"
it could transport up to 1500 persons in economy class

That idea didn't even reach the drawing board though. Antonov laughed it off as a ridiculous suggetion (it wasn't theirs).
