Question about leasing aircraft.

To lease your aircraft onto the market what do you need to do?
Are there specific conditions you need to meet?
I tried to lease an aircraft but couldn't find a button that would let me. All it let's me do under financial actions is to sell the aircraft.

I'm sorry if there is an obvious answer to this question, but for the first time I'm now in a position where I can lease aircraft back to the used market.

When you click SELL AIRCRAFT
You have the choice to sell it outright OR lease it.  You can actually choose to list it on the used marked for lease and/or for sale.

Aha!  Perfect, thank you for that. Was quite obvious. Silly of me for not seeing that.
Just another question, when you look on the aircraft statistics it lists some aircraft as in storage. Does this mean that you can put an aircraft into storage so to speak?

Only the npc leasing companies can store planes.  Sadly we can't yet...  but it has been asked for
