Yes, I have observed this as well a couple of times. I assume this is in most cases due to (1) technical problems with aircraft as many use old aircrafts and (2) turnaround times resulting in delays and cancelations.

I have only added marketing in DotM in a runner-up strategy at Frankfurt six game months ago when it had already reached/crawled to 20 CI. I fly my BAC fighter jets with 65 min. turnarounds and 732s with 75 min.
