cool

only do it if you are out of places to fly to and have smaller demand.  For instance, I had 85 demand to a city so I made a 735 all premium seating that was 80/3/0.   Sure, my LFs were good but my profit was definitely not.

Hi,

Does the passenger sensitive to the seat config. I mean when competiting with another airline. if you have better seats, will the pax choose your airline ?

Thanks for your help  :P

not really.  It is frequency then cost then time of day then seating.

In the real world its

Cost
Time of day
Frequency (only for short haul) and Comfort (only for long haul)

I'm trying something out with two aircraft on the same route - one with premium, and the other with standard. So far, both are making the same profit levels.

Hi,

Does it mean that we could configure long haul a/c with high density seats or it is better to use standard seats ?

Thanks for your help  :P

Generally, more than 2 hours requires standard seating. Otherwise, HD is fine.
