In the modern age game I recently leased an ATR 42 at $811,000 up front cost.
Not only is the cost deducted from you accumulated profit money account but also it comes up as a cost in that months accounts.
So in fact I have been charged twice?

No just once, your monthly is an accumulation of the whole month not seprate.
