Is it financially better to lease an used aircraft for a longer period than leasing it for 1 year?

there is no advantage as far as I am aware for used aircraft, only with new aircraft do you get a bonus for having a longer lease period.

you guys do know when you renew theres a renew price and generally its 5% more each time :p
