Can anyone help to finish my incomplete logo?

Anyone like to help people design logo? Please...

I'm not familiar with CS5. I made a logo for my previous game and now I want to change it. But I just can't remember how I made it. I was stuck there when trying to paint it with gradient effect. I tried half day and still don't understand how to use the CS5. Hope someone can help me to complete my logo...

The airline will be named 'Asianair Wings'. The picture of the eagle is a must in the logo. It was formed by 4 Chinese words. Besides that, I would like to have red color included in the logo. I prefer a fleet with red livery. The file of my incomplete design is attached here.

Did you guys noticed that the eagle is formed by the following words :
雄鹰翱翔
It means the eagle soaring in the sky.

I get it in an email from my friend. A lot of chinese calligraphist and artist are drawing by words. It is quiet popular among us.

Well, I'm not having any super-awesome ideas at the moment, so here's a bunch of different typefaces for you to look at, and a bunch of different colors/gradients as backgrounds too.  The text in the first image doesn't have the gradient applied to it because it takes less time to do it that way.  If you like any of those I'll put the gradient on the text and clean up the spacing.  I wasn't sure exactly what you meant by soft background color, so I hope I'm on the right track.

I like the background color number 6 but maybe a little little darker better. For the font, I would like to try these 2:
Edwardian Script ITC
Pristina
(both can be found in Microsoft Power Point)
