Time Question for new routes

I have opened up a new base operating out of Tonga, and I am having issues with the times in the route planning.  When I enter a ew route in this case NFTF ->  NFTL flight time is 45 mins,  I enter a departure time of 0900 local, it then calculates the arrival time as 0745 local when it should be 0945 local, but when i look at the UTC time its correct Dep = 2000 and Arr = 2045.  Adding a 25 turn around time the return leg NFTL -> NFTF flight time 50 min Dep time is 0810 local Arr 0900 local yet the UTC time show correct Dep 2110 utc and Arr 2200 utc.

Any help would be great as I am having issues with adding new routes to keep afloat one route a day don't make much money.

Could there be an error in the airport time zone data?

I'll have to check this. As didn't find any logic on the times you posted there.
