Here a screenshot of the legal entities that Lufthansa had to consolidate for the first time in 2009. You get the idea?

they do the same. ;) everywhere they base they must apply for an OC first, the fly from there. ;)

Are you completely sure about this? Because I think (and of course, I might be wrong about that) that SkyEurope didn't have Austrian company and still they operated Vienna base and all their planes had Slovak flag and registration. Actually, once Slovak cabin crew from Bratislava base served my on ex-VIE flight.

DID ICECOLD say Taiwan is part of PRC?

People of Taiwan def do not think that. Nor does the state dept of 28 countries.

That's funny, I just did a research paper on this. I definitely don't think that Taiwan thinks they are part of the PRC.

For sure not, they were even member of the United Nations security councel until China got the bomb and the international community thought it might be wise to include them instead... Still remember Bill Clinton sending the 7th fleet in a show of force through the Taiwan street... Yes, a very intense historic drama in fact, despite knowing that in the end they all like the same things (football, chics, beer, ...)

I corrected myself, or at least I tried to. :P It should be somewhere on this or the previous page. ;)

edit: ok I checked and it shows that I didn't when I remember trying to. ::) I'll do that now then. ;)

I apologize if I offended anyone by saying that ROC is part of the PRC. I looked it up AFTER I said it, and It turns out that ROC was created BEFORE PRC, and actually was the ruler of the area that is now the PRC. I know that I am angry at PRC for doing what they are to ROC. My GM (grandmother) had a sewing shop before the downturn in demand for them, and she always got parts from Hong Kong and Taiwan, but when PRC took Hong Kong over, they changed both "Made in Taiwan" and "Made in Hong Kong" both to "Made in China". My GM was FURIOUS because she never knew if the quality was the same as it was in Taiwan or if it was, in fact, Made in China very cheaply. :P coincidentally she sold her shop when that happened. :P Again, I apologize if I offended anyone, I simply assumed that they were because it had the word "China" in it. Simple mistake. :-[
