Curious what would cause my Loan Expenses to jump around from week to week?

This Week   -445 676 USD
Last Weeks    -319 507 USD
Two Weeks ago      -691 712 USD
Three Weeks ago    -445 676 USD

I hadn't done anything financially in 3+ RL days.

changes to interest rates perhaps? That's all I can think of...

yeah -duh - For some reason the fact that we are getting variable loans even with 100% collateral didn't register. I'm so used to working with fixed rate loans on capital improvement stuff that I forgot this game doesn't. ooopsie :)

Okay - went back to check that it was the variable rate that was the issue and now I am not so sure. this is in the EC2 scenario and the Interest rate looks like it has been stable at 8.25% for over 6 months.

Plus the Bank Fee's and Loan Payments lines both had huge jumps, not just the Interest Paid line. Not sure how to copy/paste just the relevant info for your opinions so that it formats, so I'll type it out...
